Your LANDLORD

Steve

Originally hailing from Ontario, I’ve found a second home in the warm and welcoming community of Cape Breton Island. As someone who works at the local college, I’m always thrilled to share and discover the island’s charms alongside my tenants.

My philosophy as a landlord is rooted in support and respect. I strive to maintain a harmonious living space by offering a mix of camaraderie and privacy. Each room is equipped with an individual lock, reinforcing a secure and personal retreat for each tenant.

What I adore about our location is its convenience and natural beauty—the bus stop is practically on our doorstep, and the Atlantic Ocean’s soothing waves are just a short stroll away. There’s nothing quite like the peace that comes from living so close to the sea.

One of my favorite memories with past tenants includes exploring the island’s iconic lighthouses and absorbing the stunning coastal vistas together. These moments of connection and adventure are what make this place truly special.

To ensure a comfortable stay, I am attentive to the needs and suggestions of my tenants, always looking for ways to enhance their experience, whether it’s by upgrading amenities or simply being available for a friendly chat.

For those new to the area, I always recommend a visit to the nearby ocean and lighthouses. There’s a certain magic in the Cape Breton air that has to be felt in person.

Beyond the property, I’m deeply committed to community involvement. In Ontario, I volunteered with wildlife rehabilitation and contributed to a local board for nearly a decade. My next venture here in Cape Breton will be engaging with the Chamber of Commerce, aiming to enrich the fabric of our local business community.
